90-Day Comfort Guarantee

We want every Evergentle bra to feel like it was made for you. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you have 90 days from the day it arrives to let us know.

 

Free size swap

If the size is not right, email us and we will send you a different size at no cost. You do not need to send the first one back. Keep it, or pass it on to a friend or a local women's shelter.

 

Refunds

If you would rather have your money back, email faithgodandshopify@gmail.com within 90 days of delivery with your order number. We will reply within 1 to 2 business days with simple next steps. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

 

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a free replacement or a full refund.

 

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if you email us within 12 hours of placing them, before they ship.
